For a start, I am very impress with the clarity for the voice calls. HOwever, I have a few problem that I hope you can help fix. I have an iphone 3G, When I login the nimbuzz and on the app's page, I am shown online and the opposite party can chat or call me. The problem starts when I finished speaking with them, they could not contact me at all because my status on their phone/computer says I'm offline. Which I am not. I have my setting on push notification. I can only be contacted/reached if I stay on the app's page. Another issue is that, when my girlfriend is calling me, it rings on her phone but not in my phone. At times, when my girlfriend called, I was surprised to see a message of incoming call but when I unlock my phone or press view so that I could answer the incoming call. There was not "answer" or "decline" page for my to tap in order to be connected. What I have to do is wait until they hang up, wait for them to call again when I am on the app's page or I will call them back. I am so confused, it should not be having the kind of problem. I used to have other app's similar to this, particularly "Viber". With Viber, I can answer call even when I am on the lock mode on iphone and when I want to answer after unlocking, it has the Answer page for me to tap. ONe last thing is that, when there is a caller, I could hardly hear the ringtone, my volume is set to the max already.
