Last week we were nominated at Techcrunch Europe Awards, today we are happy to announce you that Nimbuzz is on The Europas Shortlist in the  Best Mobile Startup (EMEA) category.

The Techcrunch Europe Awards will honour the best tech companies and startups across the web and mobile scene from across the continent of Europe.

We achieved this with your help so: Thanks for your time and votes :D !!!

The winners will be announced on July 9 at the Europe-wide tech awards ceremony in London. Tickets, unfortunately, are sold out.

    I’m a Nimbuzz user yesterday (July, 7, 2009) Nimbuzz was blocked in Iran till Now (July, 8, 2009). I hope We don’t have such a thing

    We are not aware wether Nimbuzz has been blocked in Iran. Can you enter any Nimbuzz site from your phone browser?
    Or you are just not able to connect the application?
    Do you get any error message? If yes, which one?

    Really tnx for your support! Nimbuzz is Blocked again. Ican Open Nimbuzz web Messenger but the program don’t connect the server! My Cell Phone is Nokia 6630. I test With other phones and Also Java versan bu it doesn’t Work! If it’s a problem from u Please Solve it.
    Another Thing to add is I can’t connect to nimbuzz with Nimbuzz Computer Software! tnx in advance

    What makes you think that the application is being blocked and you are not facing any connecting issues?

  13. hi.. im new user of nimbuzz & im using HTC touch problem it that I just ragesterd SIP but after that when ever call is coming my cell automatically restart my server is bsnl gprs & also let me now how I unragesterd from SIP .. thx

    In order to investigate your problem, can you let us know the following?:
    Which device are you using? (brand and model)
    Which Nimbuzz version are you using?
    From where did you download it?
    Which SIP provider are you using?
    Did you have any issue while registering your SIP account?
    Do you get any error message while getting a call or trying to make one?

  15. Like other!!
    I am using Nimbuzz with Nokia 5800, really it works perfectly.

    I worked in a company. They have two building with diffrent wifi routers.
    In one building its works perfectly but in my own bulding it was working earlier but, now it is not connecting to socket connectio, however, I can connect to the web.
    Please help me.

    Probably the socket connection was blocked on your router. Please check if your wifi is not blocking TCP socket connection to port 5222 as Nimbuzz application work in this case.
