Nimbuzz In the Samsung Application Store

2 weeks after launch, the Samsung App Store is featuring Nimbuzz as one of its top social networking applications. Currently, the store is only available to Samsung users in the UK, France and Italy but we understand that more countries are soon to follow.

If you are in one of the “chosen” countries and you would like to install one of the available applications from the Samsung store, you can find more info on how to do that here.

Of course, the first application we recommend you install on your mobile is Nimbuzz :D !!

Are you a Samsung user? Tell us what you think about the new Application Store – what do you think is great or what needs to be improved? Let us know in comment section!

  1. Great news, because I want to buy Samsung Smartphone. I think Samsung is the best in terms of high end devices right now. Samsung i8910 HD and i8000 Omnia II is my reason. Bye Nokia, welcome Samsung..

Right now maybe its Samsung turn, because they are trully innovating. But in the near future, nokia gonna use Intel Chipset for its mobile phones, making it turn into something like a pc. The only issue as i know is the battery lifetime which sucks terribly. However, i’m wondering how the experience would be between Nokia Intel Chipset vs Samsung.

  7. When will the Samsung i8000 (Omnia II, Omnia 2..etc) be added to the list is supported devices? From memory Nimbuzz does not work correctly in terms of speakers, It uses the phones back speaker instead of the ear pice speaker when using the phone features such as SIP…

  8. @Jonathan
You can already use Nimbuzz on your device you can download the application from our site going to
Select Windows Mobile as the Brand and TouchScreen as the Model.
In regards of the speaker issue, we are working on a workaround for that.

  9. I am using nimbuzz with my Omnia II device on wm V6. When I make a SIP call, the device main speaker and mic are stopped. It means, when i receive i normal phone call, i can not hear anything and the caller can not hear me. Even if I exited nimbuzz, this case still solid. The only way to get our of it, is to reset the mobile device again…. Any idea about how to solve this

  13. Good information. These days I just got a Samsung Omnia SCH-i910 from the mail from ebay, and it at this time would seem that it is at stock settings for the Verizon Network. I prepare to utilize this mobile phone on Metro PCS. I also desire to put Windows Mobile 6.5 on here, but I’m not positive which order I really should do this in. Need to I acquire it to Metro PCS as is and have it activated, and then afterwards flash the ROM with 6.five? Or must I modify the ROM primary and then acquire it to Metro PCS? I’ve been seeking all-around and I’m unable to find the solution to this.

Email Sync icon on new pc studio one.2.0 ID8 and one.3.0 IJ1 are disabled and hence cannot synchronise with my outlook 2003, pc operating technique is windows xp sp3. require support on why the electronic mail sync icon is disabled and why sync will not operate.

We currently do not support Sync with outlook on our application.
If you struggle adding this feature on your device itself, we recommend to check directly with your device manufacturer, they can probably help you since it is a feature they offer.

That’s because your device runs the Nimbuzz Java version which does not have VoIP calling available.
