Received files are accessible from the Online File Store (in the main menu), or directly via message and email.
If you have removed the file from your Online Gallery, we do not store this in any other log, so it won’t be possible to recover.

And one remark, if I mute sound on my mobile, nimbuzz is still on the own sound level. It is unpleasant for me when I have boring meetings. I can manage mobile profile and then nimbuzz sound level but it is so complicated.:-)

I installed Nimbuzz i my new Nokia E71, it runs OK but it doesn´t accept my contacts from Skype, I don´t know why because in my old E61 I didn´t have any problem with that. Can some body advise me the reason.

Im using n73 my nimbuzz is up to date.problem is when i try to download picturethe phone always say maximum conection has reached so i have to dissconect nimbuzz in order to download via wap browser its very annoying to reconect again.right now im using 3g simcard thats never happen in gsm.oo 1 more sometime a hissing sound appear in my phone when using nimbuzz

@jamie am also sufering the same problem, wordering why i updated in the software. the problem or challege for me with the other version ”2.00 ” was if you have more than 400 friend on facebook the rest where not showing, and if someone sends you a messenge it only iddicates a funny No you cant tell who you’re Chatting wit till they tell you. So i was on the lookout for a newer version, dowloaded the ”2.01” now am in More messed up. am using a Nokia E71. someone help????

Hmm sounds like we need another update to fix the Skype issues.
Also noted some issues with the Windows Live Messenger. Sometimes I appear offline to other users which means it doesn’t update my status real-time. Also people do not get my personal message after updating.
Furthermore it would be nice if you can block and unblock some users or at least that you won’t appear visible for every user that is online at that time.

Currently you can just delete Nimbuzz contacts via Nimbuzz.
If you want to remove a contact from another Community, you will have to do that via the Client of that community itself.

You can remove Nimbuzz contacts from Nimbuzz application.
Its is currently not possible to delete or remove contacts from other communities via Nimbuzz, you will have to remove those contacts directly from the Community were they belong itself.

Hi all,
I have a problem to get connected with Nimbuzz App on my Blackberry. It is not a problem of the device, this works fine.
I tested it with the same from my friend, but he has another carrier.
Do you have any experience with A1 austria ?
BB enterprise service with a company server is used.
I tested also the APN from A1 without success. Please can you tell me how does the app work ?
What kind of internet connection is nessesary ?
On all my friends in our company it works, but they don’t A1 and the settings of the BB are the same.

APN does either not work, same error.
Version 1.0.0 I installed it yesterday, i thought the actual version works maybe. I get never connected with this client and its so cool.

With the new Nimbuzz update, my status message no longer gets updated on my subscribed chats. I use a Nokia 5800 and am subscribed on AIM, GTalk, MSN, Yahoo and Facebook. I tried even your website chat, but same problem. I tried Trillian, and it works fine.

Do you refer to your Personal Message?
If you update your personal message this should also be changed on Yahoo and MSN but not on Facebook or Gtalk.
Are you referring to your own status like Online, Offline or Invisible?

I have tied also the following. I opened Nimbuzz and created a new accout with this Application for BB. the creation works fine, but the it failed also the login. I tried it also with a brand new BB Bold witch has no SIM lock, but the result is the same:

If you are logged in on your MSN application are you able to receive the chat messages from the same contact?
Could you please provide us with your Nimbuzz and MSN ID in order to investigate this issue?

You are receiving this error message dut to your internet connection.
Currently the Nimbuzz application only works if your internet plan allows socket connections. In other words, if you use a wap connection for example you won’t be able to connect to the application. But you are still able to use Nimbuzz Wap which you can access via your mobile browser at wap.nimbuzz.com

I have downloaded the JAR nimbuzz s/w for my 2630 moblie. so when i try to install sfter sometime it comes up with “Application Error” and when i click on details it shows
“Out of Memory Error
java/lang/OutOfMemoryError”.

If you get “not enough memory” as an error, this might be cause some devices like yours sometimes do not have enough memory to run or support Nimbuzz application.

That’s why we have a lite version for some devices, in the lite version you can chat with your buddies but the chatroom feature is not available and the call feature also not.

If the lite version does not work for your device, we recommend you to use the Wap version http://www.wap.nimbuzz.com

Thanks for your instant support. I just configure APN setiings and it worked fine.
and it came up with my username and password screen in the same 2630 phone.

But once i type my username and password, it shows connecting ane after sometime ,it came up with the same error.with “cu” added at the end “Out of Memory Error
java/lang/OutOfMemoryError cu”.

and i do not get “not enough memory” as an error ,

to be frank its problem with the mobile mode. even i am using 2630 , as its not supported by nimbuzz , i get this error.
Almost all nokia models are not supported by nimbuzz. you can find a list of the supported models by googling.

All the devices listed on our website are supported, the issue with your device is that it does not have enough hip memory to run the application, that’s why we provide you with a lite or wap version of Nimbuzz.

Please check with your provider if you only have access to web browsing.
Nimbuzz uses socket connection, not Http, if your provider only allows you to use http connection you won’t be able to connect to Nimbuzz.

We are aware of some issues with Vodafone in The Netherlands.
We are in contact with them since this issue is on their side, but we encourage you to contact their Customer SUpport Service in order to get a more accurate time frame when this will be fixed.

We currently do not support Chatrooms on the PC version of Nimbuzz.
You can find Chatrooms on Symbian and Java versions of Nimbuzz.

I was using an old version of nimbuzz since last 4 months and i was happy, but 5 days back i just go through the message appeared on my mobile THE NEW VERSION IS AVAILABLE WILL YOU LIKE TO UPDATE NIMBUZZ APPLICATION. Then i downloaded it from my mobile itself but it was replaced it to my previous, so now i can not able to upload my old user id and password to my new nimbuzz application 2.1.After downloading the nimbuzz application it is asking to sing in to sing in i entered my old user id and password.If i try to sign in with that it shows the error message(you have entered invalid user id or password please try again.)as my user id is correct in my system if i go to check my balance on jumblo i have still remaining balance of 5.5 euro in that account. so how can i get back my balance to use. please respond me as soon as possible iam facing a problem due to i replacing the new version,how can upload my old user id and password to my new version of nimbuzz.

Are you having issues registering your Nimbuzz account or your SIP account on Nimbuzz?
Please be more descriptive.
In both cases, we recommend you to double check your credentials.
If you are referring to your SIP account, we suggest you to check with your Provider (jumblo in your case) the domain and proxy details.

Hi Nimbuzz, i’m Rhaquelle. Last week, my Nokia 7210 Supernova phone was hung up. I thought that it was maybe my mem car is almost full thats why i removed it. 1 day later, it turned on. I was so happy however, I reformat my memory card and that, there are no remaining files existed. HMM, 3 days later, I was about to send a sms message to a friend when my phone suddenly turned off, when i turn it on, It hang up the second time around. I was so discouraged that i already reformat my memory card just to satisfy from the inconvenience of the system. My classmate said that maybe, my phone memory is full but i don’t think so coz i have just saved few file to it. I have waited for almost 1 day when it turned on again. Again, I erased some files of my phone mem. When i turned my phone off to get it charged, when i turned it on, I had noticed that all my gallery folders was gone. “Themes”,”Tones”,”ScreenSavers”,”Wallpapers” and the recievd files.. it’s default.. I was so totally..bother!! :’C I know i could then download them again but not with the recieved files.. I can’t recieved bluetooth files coz of it maybe. My bluetooth is already in active same as the sender but it doesn’t work!!! I can’t recieve the files but i can send anyway.. I’d been trying to accept the files but operation failed always! :’C You gotta help me nimbuzz, how could i restore the recieved files folder or so as othe folders?? Please.. i need ur help….. :’(

If you have not removed your received files from your Online Gallery, they should still be there.
If you are referring other files stored on your device (not Nimbuzz) we cannot help you to get them back, since they are not stored in the Online Gallery.
If you have issues with the Bluetooth feature of your device, we recommend you to check with your manufacturer or provider since this is not a Nimbuzz feature.
Are you having issues sending or receiving files via Nimbuzz?

In iPhone, Android and Symbian you have now chat history for the current sesion, but we do not have chat history implemented for PC.
In regards of the font size, it is not possible to make it bigger at the moment.

Currently you can delete Nimbuzz contacts from your contact list. Click on the contact > choose profile > delete.
We don’t support a block button but we are considering it for the future improvements.

everytime nimbuzz update my room always destroyed? and it take by other user now, i want to ask what is the reason my room destroyed? meanwhile its not always empty room, and not a room with flood, what is criteria the room that will destroyed by nimbuzz?? how can i get my room back, some my online gallery is lost too, it happen every time nimbuzz update, latest update special character nickname cant used anymore, why i cant flood in nimbuzz room, mean while no one get harm, if nimbuzz priority for private chat, now i think update nimbuzz is suck, and i think nimbuzz is very bored now, with its update make all of my friends leave nimbuzz and use another IM, and i will leave too if my room still destoreyd..by the way why dont nimbuzz tell user before theirs update, why it happen suddenly..and do you think chat without flooding/spamming is fun?

We do not remove or destroy rooms. They get automatically deleted if there is no activity in a room during 24hours.
In regards of flooding we do not support this behavior and we are working in order to avoid this kind of activities in our application.

Probably those rooms are not deleted cause there was at least one person in the last 24 hours.

I was using nimbuzz happily till i upgraded to the newer version.

Now, i have yahoo pingbox in my website which connects to my yahoo id. The previous version was working fine but the newer version only displays the visitor’s chat but my reply is not displayed in the yahoo pingbox.

Any suggestions or if u have older version please tell me the link

We do not support third party applications like bombus to connect to Nimbuzz if you have issues while using Bombus, please contact the Bombus Team.

i have a problem , i have downloaded the JAR nimbuzz s/w for my 2630 mobile but when i start it ,this appear “Application Error” and when i click on details it shows
“Out of Memory Error

Some devices do not have enough heap memory to run the application that’s why we have a lite version for them.

The lite version does not have the chatroom and calling feature.

If the lite version not available on the site you can use the Wap version directly on your phone browser going to wap.nimbuzz.com

Hi im using nimbuzz version 2.04 and my cellphone is nokia e71. I use nimbuzz to chat on yahoo, but the problem some ppl i already deleted and blocked on yahoo pc version can still send me msg when im on yahoo nimbuzz. Is there anything to block these ppl from nimbuzz too so they unable to contact me permanently! Its kinda annoying and i need privacy who has permition to talk to me, who is not. I mean, come on i blocked them from yahoo-pc but they still can send me msg when im on nimbuzz when i dont feel like to talk them anymore. And thats annoying, really. I can just ignore the msg but bunch of msg at same time, thats annoying!

We do not have a blocking or ignore feature implemented yet.
We recommend you to unregister and register your Yahoo acccount on Nimbuzz again.
Once this is done the contact list of Yahoo in Nimbuzz should be updated and your unwanted contacts won’t appear on your Nimbuzz list.

having a bit of trouble here.. i have blocked a contact in gtalk (but it was still unblocked in nimbuzz) and then unblocked recently through gtalk… pc version of nimbuzz and gtalk both i am able to chat with that contact but my mobile version still does not show up that contact…. what do i do?????

Could you please try the following:
On Gtalk client: make sure that contact is blocked or removed (whatever works best for you)
after that go to Nimbuzz, unregister your Gtalk credentials, and register them again.
wait a few seconds and your contact list will be loaded again; check if the blocked/removed contact is still there.
If so, please inform us.
Remember blocking or removing contacts from other communities (non-nimbuzz) will have to be done directly on the client of the community itself.

I’m really unhappy and very disappointed with nimbuzz. I heard and I know from my friends experiences that ids has beeing hacked numerously and not only that hackers trying to black mail also.

what to do to report aginst any specific id that i know as hacker?

I want these such ids to be banned and I want nimbuzz not to registar any new ids without a valid email id given.

If you get “not enough memory” as an error, this might be cause some devices like yours sometimes do not have enough memory to run or support Nimbuzz application.

That’s why we have the wap version for some devices in which you can chat with your buddies but the chatroom feature the call feature are not available.

We suggest you to try the wap version just pointing your mobile browser to wap.nimbuzz.com

In regards of contacts being removed, Nimbuzz contacst do not get removed but if your contacts remove you from their contact list, they will also be deletd from yoru contact list.

Hi everyone.

I am a very new user of the amazing nimbuzz program and i would like to post some details about what bugs/issues i’ve found.

1. Contacts status at least (online/offline) is not updated from at least 1 external service (yahoo messenger) unless i close/reopen nimbuzz.
internet was working just fine, i did this test with a friend.
2. yahoo messenger->call didnt’t work probably because of 1.

After closing nimbuzz and reopening (from task manager) it finnaly updated my offline contact and call also worked.

I am using iphone 4.31
As suggestions:
-for each external display a timmer settings for updates to come
- when i change status on nimbuzz, the my status on the other (SELECTED) services should change too!

Some users can be blocked by the community beacuse of a big number of login attempts in a short periode of time. Yahoo locks temporarily the user that exceeded the login attempt limit, then after a period of time those get unlocked.
When you receive this error message try directly to login from Yahoo itself and check if your account is still active.

To be able to retrieve your password you need to have your email address or up to date phone number saved on your Nimbuzz application.

Unfortunately, if you don’t have it you won’t be able to reset your password.

We found out that some users can be blocked by the community beacuse of a big number of login attempts in a short periode of time. Yahoo blocks the user temporarily that exceeded the login attempt limit, then after a period of time those get unblocked.
When you receive this error message try directly to login with Yahoo! itself and check if your account is still active. This doesn’t count for the web-version of Yahoo!

We found out that some users can be blocked by the community beacuse of a big number of login attempts in a short periode of time. Yahoo! blocks the user temporarily that exceeded the login attempt limit, then after a period of time those get unblocked.

When you receive this error message try directly to login with Yahoo! itself and check if your account is still active. This doesn’t count for the web-version of Yahoo!

I connected my yahoo account with nimbuzz mobile account and some days later i discovered that my yahoo contacts has been blocked on nimbuzz mobile account and i can not chat with my yahoo contacts on nimbuzz mobile account. It is not possible to delete contacts from other communities from your Nimbuzz. If you want to delete these contacts, you will have to delete these contacts from the community itself.

If this person has removed you from his list, we cannot re-add you automatically.

Note that files older than 6 months will be automatically removed.

On your phone go to MENU- TOOLS – APPLICATION MANAGER. Check your setting by going to OPTIONS – SETTINGS and your will see Software Certification, set this to ALL if it isn’t already set. And if you also see the option ONLINE CERT CHECK set it to off.
Now make sure your phone date is correct. As the latest Nimbuzz was released about 2-3 weeks ago if your phone date is earlier then 3weeks ago you will get a certification error telling you to check your phone date or something like that.
So just be sure your phone date is correct and that you downloaded the most recent version of Nimbuzz.

Sometimes the avatars of your contacts take a bit longer to update.
If you are sure your contact is online and is not displaying their avatar, try interacting with your contact, send them a chat message and the application will refresh and show their avatar in few seconds.

Things r now getting worse, avatar pics r still not showing, MSG r not being sent or recieved, having to send the same MSG numerous times before my friend receives it. The same is happening to numerous friends now, 12 weeks of issues is far to much, a speedy reply with acknowledgement that those issues will be looked into would be greatly recieved. being a nimbuzz user since 2009 this is the worst I’ve ever seen n the longest times that issues have not been rectified.

Hello there, i’ve couple of concerns and i’d really appreciate a prompt feedback from tech-support team.
1. Though i block, delete nimbuzz contacts they are automaticly added back again on my rooster. How do i prevent this? Its quite frustrating.
2. I can still recieve msg even after blocking a contact who i dont want to have on nimbuzz(sometimes i’ve tried blocking and even deleting).
The above two concerns are serious since they also incline towards privacy of nimbuzz users. I’d really like to hear from the nimbuzz team. Awaiting to a prompt rejoinder.

plz try to reply me fast… i was chatting from ma mobile using nimbuzz account and was in one chat room too.. then suddenly got disconnected..then tried to enter again..but not getting connected..showing message : nimbuzz trying to connect..again and again i tried but same result…then i tried to enter from pc..then showing “could not sign in.Wrong ID or password?”… then i clicked forgot password link to retrieve password back… as i am sure i already submitted both email id and phone number in ma settings before and i am sure i saved both that time itself…but unfortunately when i entered both user name and characters as said to retrieve back ma password, its showing like “”User Name not found in our database. “” why like this?..i also tried to create same id but showing user name exists.. kindly help me, what i need to do to get back ma id…?

Go to the “Call” tab > Click on the top bar on the “Call” tab > Select NimbuzzOut as your VoIP provider> Click on Buy Credit > Follow the instructions on screen

To buy credits using NimbuzzOut for PC, click on your NimbuzzOut balance in the top right corner of the client and select the “Buy NimbuzzOut Credit”. You will automatically be taken to the NimbuzzOut buying page.

@Rohith – Yahoo blocks access to your IM account via Nimbuzz, if it detects a lot of unsuccessful login attempts in a short period of time. You can do the following in order to unlock your Yahoo account and use it via Nimbuzz: Try to login into your Yahoo account from your web browser (http://www.yahoo.com), then add the Yahoo account on Nimbuzz after sometime it should start working fine.

@yuu – Blocking of contacts is only available on symbian and pc version of Nimbuzz. If you want to block any username you need to login to your Nimbuzz account using a symbian or pc device. Thanks!!

@Vicky – If you have not deleted the received files you can retrieve these files by going in to chat window of the contact (java, symbian, iphone). In case you are using Android or PC you can retrieve these files from Inbox. However, if you have deleted these files you will not be able to retrieve the same. Thanks!!

@reza – The reason you are getting this error is because you did not register any email with your account. Password is always sent to the email which is registered with the account. @shahin – The current status of your account is deleted. We do not remove/delete accounts on demand neither it gets done automatically. Just you or another contact/friend with access to your account credentials might have removed your account. Once an account is removed, it is no longer possible to reactivate, neither re-create.

@deepesh – In order to remove a Nimbuzz contact, please select the contact/bot and long tap on options. You will find the option to delete the contact. However, if you need to remove any other IM’s buddies from Nimbuzz, you’re required to remove those buddies directly from the web (Using their website/application). Thanks!!
