NimbuzzOut – Call history, reset password and more

In the past few days we have talked about NimbuzzOut, NimbuzzOut Rates, NimbuzzOut on iPhone and now we would like to share with you a few tips about the My Account section.

After logging into your Nimbuzz account from the NimbuzzOut page, you will be able to:

View your complete calling history and calling costs
Reset your password
See your NimbuzzOut Credit balance
Buy more credit
View purchase history

The Call History is organized by months, and to help you keep track of your calls while travelling or calling abroad, you can set the local time of your call. So if you are travelling from the US to Europe and call your friends, you will be able to see exactly what time you called them in both the European and US times, simply by selecting the countries from the drop-down list.

Hi,

Good job for nimbuzz that making the nimbuzz call out. this feature will sure come in handy if i travel outside the coverage of my network provider and will surely give me an alternative price for VoIP.

Unfortunately, I would like to say that the 6 months active period things would make this feature a bit hard to absorb by me. I might buy it, but only when i’m about to use it. So, it’s a double edge sword.

There were another VoIP call out services via SIP that have unlimited lifetime (and sorry to say… cheaper too) that I’ve been using for about 2 years. I won’t write about the website name here, but I just wanna point out that nimbuzz is great, I use it a lot, but it should see right and left for become a more competitive.

This is what I like about nimbuzz the most.
Very down to earth

Anyway,
Rates are subjective. Because you can’t compare apple to orange (different quality) with price.

But I don’t think anyone like to see their money vapor in the sky.

PS: Have I said that I love nimbuzz?

Please find your call history and account balance on the NimbuzzOut website. Please go to the tab “Account” and login and after you will be able to visualize your NimbuzzOut credit balance and calls.

hi i am using nimbuzz out credit/in my nokia 5800 but/no use for me/becuase when our i call through nimbuzzout/call is going but they cant hear my voice & i cant hear them voice also/i know this is not my mobile problem becuase i try before octrotalk through voip ( freecall very good & crystel clear sound is coming it means not my mobile problem this is nimbuzz & nimbuzz out problem/i thing i loose my 10 dollar pls can u solve this problem/other thing/my money is going but no sound/i hope u will solve this problem otherwise how people can buy nimbuzz credit/if this credit i can use nimbuzz desk top then very i will try already i pay money i hope i will get goood reply from u

Inform in your mail about the exact error message you receive and when it appears, while registering your SIP account or while trying to place a call.
Also include the name of your SIP provider.

Hi,I started using Nimbuzz since yesterday on my nokia E72 after this funny incident with skype and fring. I was using fring for about a year but dropped it after they banned skype, or skype banned them! Now with your nice siftware whenever I want to make a call via SIP,(voip) using my voipbusterpro account, which registers OK, by the way, it always shows as SIP(Voip) unavailable. Please let me know what am I doing wrong, and what extra info you might need me to provide you wit, if any!

No, Your device is using a Java version of Nimbuzz which does not include the calling feature.
Calling and receiving calls via Nimbuzz on your device won’t be possible.

Thanks,saw ur efforts. Saw the mail followed the direction to no avail. Got to see this at the link provided “sorry, there is no password available.” Do I have to request for another password resettings cos was told I could only use the link once? Or just wait?

You can change your alias, (alias is the nickname that the other people can see when they talk to you) but not your username (the one that people uses to add you as a contact)

If you want to change your nickname you can go to menu > account settings > and change it there.

Our team is working in order to have it fixed as soon as possible, but unfortunately we cannot provide you with an exact date.
Our free Nimbuzz to Nimbuzz calls work as normal and will not be affected.

Hey, I had a problem in my nimbuzz, i couldn’t see any of my contacts, i checked the settings but turns out everything was fine, i tried resetting my phone didn’t work, so i thought it was a problem i’m facing! I uninstalled nimbuzz and installed it right back in, I remember my user name but can’t seem to remember my pw, I tried many ways to figure out how i can reset it or change but it was of NO USE!! PLEASE HELP ME!

We do not remove/delete accounts on demand, neither automatically.
Just you or a contact with access to your account credentials (username/password) could have removed your account.
Note once an account is remove is not possible to recreate, meaning cretae a new accountw ith same username.

To be able to retrieve your password you need to have your email address or up to date phone number saved on your Nimbuzz application.

Unfortunately, if you don’t have it you won’t be able to reset your password.

You can change your password by:
Go to http://web.nimbuzz.com:

Sign In > scroll down > select Settings > Change Password

On PC client, you can change your password by choosing:

Tools > Options > Account > Change Password

hi, i have a serious problem! I can´t access to my account it says password error but i put the correct one
i closed the appl and when i reopened it (automatic log in) said me pass error
can be that sm1 hacked it? If so i registered my email on that id
how can i re take my id please

I had an old Nimbuzz account, I tried to re-use it lately but it looks that I forgot my password. I contacted Nimbuzz support to reset my password but the passwords they send me doesnt work
