We are happy to see that most of you, 41% to be exact, are using get.nimbuzz.com to download Nimbuzz on the mobile. This shows that our efforts to market our site are paying off :D ! 25% of you downloaded Nimbuzz mobile via PC and afterwards installed it on the mobile. This indicates that the computer is still a very important tool for our online experience ;) .

It’s also good to see that you are using Mobile application stores, like Getjar(8%) , iTunes(8%) or Android Market(4%) to find out about the best applications for your mobile phone.

    If you have bought NimbuzzOut credits and need to recharge your balance (buy more) you can do it from here http://www.nimbuzz.com/en/nimbuzzout/buy_nimbuzzout_credit
    If you have issues with your balance getting updated, please inform us via mail to nimbuzzout-support@nimbuzz.com with the following information:
    Try to close and re-open the application to refresh the credit.
    If that does not help, please send the following information to our Support Team
    Your Nimbuzz username (e.g. Username123)
    Nimbuzz client and version in use (e.g. Symbian 2.2)
    Type of credit card used (Visa, Mastercard…)
    Date and time when the payment was done (e.g. 25/07/2009 10:30AM)
    Let us know.
