6. The connection i use from my network is 3G. So when i use the Call(free) feature. Why does it says i’m not using 3G connection?

8. Why the hell the rooms are malfunctioning?
   I mean i saw chat rooms which are not full
   Like (16/20)
   But when i enter that room its say room full i cannot enter? Fix this ridiculous bug please. Its so annoying.

    We recommned you to check with your provider if it is allowed to use VoIP over 3g on their network.
    Sometimes the provider or the device manufacturer have that option blocked.

    Could you please be more specific on your query?
    Which device are you using?
    Which type of connection do you use?
    Where are you located (country)?
    Which is your provider?
    Which error message do you get? When does it exactly appear? before or after introducing your username/password?

16. Nimbuzz team thank u for all your effort for connecting people around the world. Those it mean that i have to buy nimbuzz credit before i make call through nimbuzzout? In nigeria almost every body is using ATM CARD for transaction. Can you make it for us to buy nimbuzz credit through ATM? My friend cant heard me from hong kong when call her, we only heard a sound wave. Thanks.

    Are you using Nimbuzz on Mobile, Pc or Webchat?

    Do not forget to add the following information:
    Your Nimbuzz username (e.g. Username123)
    Nimbuzz client and version in use (e.g. Symbian 2.2)
    Destination number and country that you are calling or trying to call (e.g. Spain +34957989709)
    Date and time when you experienced this problem (e.g. 25/07/2009 10:30 AM)
    Any error message you received, and when this message appeared. (e.g. Call Unavailable)

22. Hi There

    Been looking for SIP client for my Nokia N78 for a while – Fring has bad voice quality and seconds of delay – is because their servers are in Europe and I’m in Australia? Nimbuzz works well 90% of time for VOIP call, does all the VOIP traffic go though your servers?

    One other thing – I dont think Nimbuzz supports DTMF in SIP call – right? I cant access my VOIP mailbox or do telephone banking because I can’t press the numbers to select options… This is a must for the next Nimbuzz upgrade?

    Thanks for your interest in Nimbuzz.
    In regards of your question about SIP voice quality while using Nimbuzz: Currently we do not proxy SIP Voice Streams, which means that Nimbuzz just connects you to the Sip server and the audio and voice connection is managed by your SIP provider.
    In regards of the DTMF tones, indeed we currently do not support them, but we are working in order to add this feature in the future.

26. Queralt – it happens every time I log in and it automatically logs me in to my various chat clients. I tried just now – 4th Dec, 11:06pm Aust Eastern Summer Time (GMT+11). The message is “Oops. we are not able to sign you into skype, Please try again later while we look into it”

    Originally about 4 days ago I erroneously entered my skype user/pass, but since then it always attempts to log in with this error message result. It wont allow me to change my user/pass for skype, so am locked out.

27. hello, i am stil experiencing problems with the vodafone network in the netherlands. the profider blocks the connection. Do you have any suggestions in order to get a connection with the network. Wifi works excellent by the way.

31. Do you guys support chatrooms with iPhone. If the answer is NO.
