I have leave a reply in brazelian buesnes corum as a feed back,coz i have also checked FAQ site but there not found solution of my problem.
Problem is that am using nokia N73 s.e but my display pic not set when begger than 90 kb,while a have checked the setting too,nd 5 times re download the nimbuzz to think that may be problem rectified by new installation but problem is still remain. So am beg worry due to this problem. Kindly solove my problem on priority base if is it ur end’s fault.
2nd problem has all buddies,that retrieving of profile there not looking the pic clearly almost. Plz look into this matter and do as needfull. Regards

We have been informed that Mobile Operators are blocking Nimbuzz because of the VoIP functionality.
If you wish to continue using Nimbuzz you will need to use it on your PC.

1st of all i would like to say thanks to u all that provide us very simple,easy and one of the best social network through out the world, and 1nce again thaking u that u give me best and honest friends from all countries,like amirica,england,japan,china,pakistan,egypt,ksa,russia,iran,india,indonesia,malysia,honkog,austrelia,qatar,sarilanka,iraq,korea,syria,afghanistan etc.
Infact the nimbuzz make the world as global village. Keep it up nimbuzz team,weldone. Keep eyes from best to better.plz facilitate us more in nimbuzz community with mobile phone instead of pc.
Regard your requirment as inquire from me in the connection of my complaint, i.e version,display pic,service provider etc,detail as below.
1-using nokia N73 s.e.
2-using packet data, zong internet/zong wap which is the new name of paktel pakistan.
3-version 2.02(0).
4-my display pic not set/upload when bigger than 110 kb.
5- plz arrainge an option in nimbuzz to delete and send text msg for yahoo’s buddy.

Thanks for your feedback and comments, in regards of the uploading pic problem, we expect to be solved in upcoming releases.
In regards of your suggestion concerning Yahoo, we do not have plans to implement this.

please all note that egyptian network operators have blocked skype not nimbuzz, nimbuzz stopped working because it contains skype connections that is the problem i think so i suggest designing a special version for egypt without skype and see if it works

Removing Skype from our supported communities will probably do not solve the issue, since we also provide VoIP services.
If you want to keep using Nimbuzz on your mobile, you can try the wap version going directly to wap.nimbuzz.com on your phone browser

I am using Nimbuzz just when I have a Wi-Fi connection, but please solve this problem because VOIP actually not working in Egypt because there r no any Card partners here in Egypt.

Im ramesh from india. Im using nimbuzz since 6 months. Im using nokia 6303 classic phone. And using aircell network. Recently i updated nimbuzz to version 1.6 it was working good before but suddenly it stoped. If i tired to open, it is say “testing ur connection” later error appears as “connection failed”. I tryed number of times. And reinstalled nimbuzz but it dont work. Can any one advice me. what i hav to do. Hope some one reply me.

Mobile Operators in Egypt are applying a Governamental decision of banning VoIP applications, there is not much we can do about that.

Thanks for reply. I dint change any data plan or internet connection its the same like before wit which nimbuzz use to work on my mobile. I also checked the APN settings and they are ok. Im able to access other web sites and chat networks on my mobile but cant only open nimbuzz. Pls find out where is the problem and advice me accordingly.

Since when are you experiencing this issue?
We recommend you to check with your network provider if your data plan allows you to use internet applications that require Socket connection, not just Http.

I hav this problem since 2 week, but before one month i hav updated nimbuzz to 1.6 ver. It was working good for few day and suddenly it stoped. And my network provider confirms that they supply only http connection not socket connection in pocket internet plan. Pls tell me what can i do now. I cant use nimbuzz any more?

you can use Nimbuzz directly from your phone browser going to wap.nimbuzz.com
Or wait till we provide Http connection back again in future releases.

Hi,
I’ve downloaded Nimbuzz on my sony ericsson w350. I use Tata Docomo as internet provider.
When i click on Create new account link on the login screen it gives an error Connection Failed, time out to connecting the server etc..
My friend once created an id and used from this conn but i cant now. Pls help

Nimbuzz sometimes apply in egypt ok ? But more another sometimes don’t play ok ? . (note that nimbuzz blocked from only one notework,etisalat,but the others don’t block it why we don’t know) . The bad thing that we must connect to nimbuzz all the time because of our friendship .. We make more .. We can’t leave this friendships easily .. You can make something,i know .. Please note that when we connect from our phones to nimbuzz (we are egyptians) it make “connect” for around half minute and then it make “connection lost reconnecting “… And still at this case forever ….. We have this ploblem in egypt from months .. We must talk to who , we don’t know … To the nimbuzz server or to the network operators ? .. We first talk to our network operators , but they don’t benefit us , don’t talk to us by the truth , it’s still u … And we talk to you now .., if the problem by skypy you can get another high version don’t depend on it .. We are in shock so help us .. Thank you so much for listening & for your help .. Bye

Hi , i got aproblem … Why after along connection say ” MAX NUMBER OF SESSIONS EXCEEDED . PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER ” I really has the least virsion uploaded & my phone is fine , but sometimes what ‘s get every thing wrong , it’s the network .. Thanks

I’m using nimbuzz for the last 1 year..there was no problem..but before 2 weeks new version 1.7 is updated..after dat it is showing msg as connection failed..i’m using sony ericsson k660i…reinstalled the software..but no use..tried to login again and again..but no way..this problem is showing after upadating nimbuzz 1.7..pls reply a solution..

Hi ..Thanks , all thanks for all who based on nimbuzz … At first my account is & i got aproblem in my facebook account on its logging in .. It’s all time making ” connecting ” neither it connect nor it accept to be forgetten … I tried to solved it more .. I entered from my friend phone and also the problem is based i tried to forget it but it don’t do … My facebook account is active , i opened it from the site and it’s really working , has no problem …. Please i need a speed answer

Hello Nimbuzz,
I got Nokia E72-1 with me,
Recently i had upgraded my firmware to 32.1.03 th latest.
Now i cant sign in to nimbuzz.I tried reinstaling with the latest relaease also.not working.
When clickend on Sign in, nothing happens and when tried on signup or create..its shwing connecting.
I am having same problem in India – Airtel network (gprs) and UAE – Wifi.All are same.
Kindly please provide me a good solution.

Yes, the wap version does not include chatrooms or calling.
We are working constantly in order to support new devices,but we cannot assure that this device will be supported in the near future.

I downloaded nimbuzz on my N72 mobile early oct 2010 and it worked really good not until early nov 2010 .each time i try to log on was connection failed meanwhile other applications are working.i love the service and i want to be connected as fast as possible

the error msg is connection failed!nimbuzz is trying to reconnect.it happens when i click nimbuzz on my phone.i downloaded d 3.00 version but it displayd connection failed on 5th nov 2010 morning and ask me to download new version of which i did n replace of 3.00 but since that vry morning,its connection failed.d connection i use is mtn ghana mobile internet service

I am trying to instal nimbuzz on my nokia 6500 slide. I manage to download version 1.8 onto my phone. When i try open the application it says connection failed. Retry!

Hello,
So nimbuzz will not open on my iPod. It does not sent any error messages. It is a white screen whenever I try to access it, after a minute or so it returns to the home screen with my other apps. This is really frustrating. It has been going on for about a week and a half.

Nimbuzz blocked in syria. Please help us. I cant live without nimbuzz. Its the best app i ever seen. I have been using it since 2008.

Thanks for informing us, there is nothing in our end blocking the usage in Syria, in order to have a better understanding of this issue, could you let us know the following?
-Connection type (example: Wi-Fi)
-Network provider (example: MTN)
-Are you able to visit http://www.nimbuzz.com ? If not, which exact error message do you receive?

Thanks for your comment and interest.
Currently our services are being blocked by the Syrian goverment. Since this is a governmental decision and we do not have an alternative url, there is not much we can do about the blocking.
