Nimbuzz for Java 1.7 – HTTP connectivity is back!

The new Nimbuzz 1.7 version has one very important and highly requested addition: HTTP connectivity.

What does this mean? If your mobile internet subscriptions only allows web browsing, you can now use Nimbuzz via an HTTP connection over the web. Pretty cool, right? :D

We are happy to see that most of you, 60% to be exact, have already tried NimbuzzOut calling. As we can see from the poll 29% of you used NimbuzzOut calling to reach family abroad, 8% relatives from abroad and 8% to reach home while abroad.  12% of you use NimbuzzOut to call contacts in the same country and only 3% to get in touch with business contact abroad.

Also it looks like some of you have not tried it yet, 40% to be precise.  Well, we would like to use this opportunity to remind you what is NimbuzzOut and why you should use it.
