Take the Nimbuzz survey and WIN an iPhone 4!

Last year we gave you the opportunity to win an iPhone 3GS. Now we are back with an even bigger prize, not one but five brand new iPhone 4 mobile phones.

To participate you need to complete our 15 minute (max) survey about Nimbuzz. The survey will help us improve Nimbuzz and hopefully make your life easier :) .

5 lucky winners will be chosen at random and contacted during the week of October 18th. They will also be announced on the official Nimbuzz blog! The iPhone4s will be unlocked so you can use them wherever you like :)

The survey is open to all Nimbuzz users so you can  invite all your Nimbuzz friends and family as well. The survey closes on October 17th, 2010, so hurry before it’s too late.

Please note that if you fill in the survey twice you will be disqualified from winning an iPhone 4.

Sharing

So last week in our Demand More from your Mobile Phone blog series, we talked about how Nimbuzz gives you the power to extend your ability to talk to your friends and family (still for free) with instant messaging and chat.

This week we wanna talk about even more things you can squeeze out of your mobile phone with Nimbuzz. And folks, this week it’s all about sharing and interacting. No matter where you are, how old you are, everyone wants to share photos, videos, music, files and so on, and if you can do that for free, the better.

Dying to share that new Eve/Gwen Stefani music video, or just wanna show off your holiday photos from your week of surfing? Nimbuzz let’s you do that for free. And it comes in handy for your business needs as well!  How?

Find out after the jump.

Nimbuzz was selected as leading European technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) company of 2010!

Awesome!! We have another award for our wall of  fame :D ! Yay!

For the inaugural 2010 Bully Awards the winners were selected from a pool of entries that included hundreds of nominated European TMT companies.

“The Bully Award winners were selected for innovation and values of excellence in the TMT sector,” stated Farley Duvall, Founder and Chairman of White Bull Summits.

Each of the Bully Award winners have been recognized as a leader in their field, with a bright business proposition and meaningful market strategies, driven by a rich understanding of customer needs and technological solutions.”

We are really happy to be recognized as one of the leading TMT companies in Europe and we will do our best to maintain this position in the following years. With your continued support and feedback that shouldn’t be a problem.

Nimbuzz Demand More Mobile

Last week in our Demand More from your Mobile Phone blog series, we talked about how Nimbuzz transforms your mobile into a messaging machine by allowing you to send unlimited text messages or SMS to your Nimbuzz friends for free and escape those pesky operator charges.

That’s a lot of pennies saved considering the 4.1 billion, yes billion!, messages sent every day in the first half of 2009 in the U.S. alone.

Believe it or not, it gets even better! In addition to texting/SMS, you can push your mobile messaging abilities even further on Nimbuzz with instant messaging and chat conversations. Also for free!

Demand More from Your Mobile Phone: Part III #moremobile

September 17th, 2010

Demand moreWe’re back — between our last Demand More from your Mobile Phone post and our Teens in Tech Conference, we had some time to think about what other things you can do with your “must have” mobile.

Our conclusion? There are so many different ways to communicate. Everyone is different and everyone has different preferences on how they communicate, even with different groups of people.

It’s pretty obvious that texting is not the same as IM or a phone call. A Facebook message has a different meaning than a text message. An email has a different meaning than a chat message, and a call has a different purpose than a voice message. Having all options in one place for easy management is what we are about.

If last weeks we have discussed about making free calls with Nimbuzz and low cost international calls with NimbuzzOut, today it’s all about messaging.
