  2. If you want support from the community, please make an effort to support your customers. People like me who paid you good money but have been scammed off of my credit for no apparent reason. No reply from support email or from forum. Too busy with your marketing? Get your priorities right.

    I have bought a credit two weeks back but im not be able to see it this credit added to my balance. i have sent many emails regarding this issue to support@nimbuzz.com, but i have not get any reply regrading this issue.

    even thought the amount has been deducted from my visa card.

    could you help me please in this issue because i realy need to use your service and i have nothing balance lift.
