World premiere everyone: Introducing Push Notifications for Nokia smartphones via Nimbuzz Ping!

Nokia users can finally enjoy a feature that up until now was reserved exclusively to iPhone users. Nimbuzz Ping let’s you receive free text notifications when Nimbuzz friends are trying to connect with you. Our friends from GigaOm and Into Mobile stated it is a “smart move on the part of Nimbuzz“, and they “could easily see this flying“.

In addition to Push Notifications, the new update comes with a highly requested feature: Ignore Users in Chat-Rooms and a redesigned main menu.
