How can you add Nimbuzz bots?

That’s easy. Simply look for N-World in your Nimbuzz app and go the “Bots” section. Here you will find:

Astrology bot – to see how your day will be based on daily astrological predictions
Cricket bot – to get the latest scores of your favorite Cricket team
Twitter Bot – to tweet right from within the chat window
Jimmy Testbot – to have funny conversations and test your mobile internet connection

The Nimbuzz bots are a great way to stay connected if you use Nimbuzz on a feature phone with prepaid data plan. And this is just to give you a taste of what’s coming; more bots will be added soon!

Which Nimbuzz version are you using? Group chat is supported in most of our clients.

Because your version is a pre install, you will not be able to upgrade
it. But we are looking into a permanent solution for this.

As a workaround (for advanced users), you can try the following steps:

1) Downloaded latest version from get.nimbuzz.com for your phone
2) Open the .jar file using WinRAR
3) Open META INF folder and extract the text file on my location. Open
this file in notepad
4) In this file rename the Midlet Name to ‘Nimbuzz 2′
5) Add this file in .jar file in WinRAR
6) Copy this jar file on the mobile and install it

Some Bada devices can run the Java app from Nimbuzz, check it our on our site.

My nimbuzz version is uptodate (version 3.0.0 rev.3859) on my nokia E63. I am using it flawlessly since almost 2 years. I cant find option to go to Nimbuzz apps and to add nimbuzz bots. Help me.

Hello admins, the problem of not being able to enter chatrooms was fixed few days ago but its back now and i can’t even enter my room. My room was deleted when the last problem occured and i was lucky to be online when the problem was fixed so i quickly recreated my room if not i would’ve lost it. Now, my room users are complaining and most are leaving. A few rooms i know like “england_london” AND “england_london_friends.”are not opening and this isn’t very good. My room name is “african_girls_boys_nigeria_ghana_sex_dating_9.7.11″ pls kindly look into this bug and fix it as it needs urgent attention pls. Regards and anticipated tnx (i don’t wanna loose my room:-SS)..

The chatrooms that are inactive for more than 12hours, get automatically removed, but you can create them again, it is expected behavior.
We will look into the Chatrooms to make them more stable and provide a better perfomance.

we need chat rooms with low letters like for example big nmed cht rooms are typical and confusin to users, new users and when any of our friends ask us in which room iam chatting,how can i tell such a large room??
so, we need chat rooms with 20 or 25 characters maximum .that will be helpfull for all users and easy to remember and enter….

HELP PLS!! My chat room has been recreated by an iranian after the nimbuzz problem was fixed. We couldn’t enter room for more than 12 hours so my room was auto-deleted and recreated by an iranian who can’t even speak nigerian lang now banning us in our nigerian room. When a chatroom is inactive for more than 12h it gets automatically removed, if someone creates a new chatroom with the same name or similar name is a New and valid chatroom, we won’t remove the ownerships rights from one user to give it to another when the chatroom has been properly create like in the case you report.

In bangladesh nimbuzz users to users when we tired to call we dont heard each others. Though VOIP It does not blocked by bangladeshi ISP. Other VOIP Work well only problem on nimbuzz. Why would you kindly let us know ?

We have been informed of our website being filtered in UAE.

This also affect the usage of our application disallowing the display of Avatars and issues sending/receiving files via Nimbuzz.

Since this is a governmental decision and we do not have an alternative url, there is not much we can do about the blocking/filtering.
