And the NimbuzzOut contest winner is…

 

In just two days after we asked you to show us where you use Nimbuzz the most we received over 150 pictures from all over the world. Each picture told a unique story and gave us a good idea on why and how you use our app.

Thank you all very much for participating! :D

After we posted the photos on Facebook we invited everybody to vote with a “like” and today we have the final results.

The winner of our contest is Mohamed Azam, from Saudi Arabia. He got the most likes (172) and you can check his picture  here (+ link to the photo album).

Congrats Mohamed. We will send you the $10 NimbuzzOut voucher via email today.

  1. Pls, this is really unfair. After all the complains i’ve tabled here concerning hackers attacking my room, it has finally been hacked. I made thee complains here within the last few days but only one is approved for public view. You are the administrators of nimbuzz, you should be be well concerned about users complains and be of help. Now my room has been hacked and i believe you checked and confirmed that i was owner before it got hacked this morning, pls refer to my previews complains in the last thread. Sirs, pls i want my room back. This is really unfair.

    The chatrooms in Nimbuzz are already doomed. There hasn’t been any improvement for the past following 2yrs. The situation is still same. Its useless you expect somebody to listen as i have already myself made those complaints 2yrs ago. All you can do it adjust or find some better chatroom app.

  3. Blue Sky, if so, it is very pathetic. I had been shouting for few days yet no answer, i’m just being ignored. For God’s sakes, administrators, pls this should be a challenge to you. Someone from nowhere comes and hacks my chatroom for no reason and my cry here is being ignored. You have the power to reverse the situation. You can even come to the room and ask users who’s the owner before it got hacked. Most users are quitting the room cos it is unacceptable. NIMBUZZ ADMINISTRATONS, PLS COME AND GET BACK MY CHATROOM PLS. I BEG IN GOD’S NAME. Plsssssss Sirs…

    We do respect your opinion, please do respect our Team’s work as well.
    Since our Team does take care and work in order to improve the Chatroom feature.
    Regarding the Chatroom you mentioned, it was removed due to inactivity (after 12 hours of inactivity) and another person might have created a new Chatrooms with the same name, hence it is not the same Chatroom and cannot be considered to be hacked since tehnically is not the same chatroom.
    We cannot provide you the ownership of this account.

  7. Dear admin, i locked the room due to flood. Then the hacker created exactly the same room name as mine but included \ and ) and locked them both. I lost ownereship immediately i unlocked room about 2 to 3 hours later. That was how it happened. You can search my room name lagos_nigeria_love_sex_dating_casual and you’ll find the cloned rooms which were using in hacking my room. Anyways, it is well. Thanks

    As mentioned previously the room was not duplicated, since it is not possible, it was recreated after it was cleared out due to not activity.

  9. The developers are great. I have big respect for them. They do what they have been told to do and they are earn a living towards it. I understand that because i myself have participate in beta testing of Nimbuzz Symbian long ago. Thats why i know it is not easy for the team.

    My id is show-me-the-meaning@nimbuzz.com.I used my nimbuzz id last night. But this morning i found that i cant sign into my id.It says that the password is incorrect. I tried to retrieve password. But it says that its not in ur database. But i am still there in my friend’s contact list. What is wrong? I used a jabber client 2 days ago. Did you guys block me for that? How can i get my id back?

    Select an IM buddy from your contact list (Yahoo, MSN, Gtalk, and Nimbuzz) and choose the Call option.

    Nimbuzz will connect you to your IM buddy instantly and for free.

    To call to phone numbers you will require a SIP account or NimbuzzOut credist.
