Nimbuzz PC gets a complete redesign! Looks Awesome!

We are super happy to announce our brand new Nimbuzz PC update. This comes with an awesome new look and super useful features. If you want to try it out you can get it right away from Nimbuzz.com.

This new version is packed with goodies and it is just in time for the holidays . Here is what’s new:

Updated Sign in screen
Quick access to: Contact list, Messages, Dial pad from the new tab bar (bottom)
Redesigned (Video) Calling window
Improved contact card and chat screen icons
Fresh new dial pad tab
Fast access to N-World

On top of all this we also made it super easy to give us feedback and see our FAQs straight from the app. To access the new options simply click on the settings icon from the top right corner.

hi i m using nimbuzz from a very long time but from last month i m having issue while using your voip services i m using a nokia n8 with latest nimbuzz version and my friend is also using the same but when we call the voice is not clear and we cannot hear or talk clearly pls help us out

I’m using android and symbian clients. But for the desktop:
1. Is there any linux client?
2. do u have any plan to use Qt (for Linux, windows, symbian, macos, …) ?

We do not proxy SIP Voice Streams, which means that Nimbuzz just connects you to the SIP servers and the audio and voice portion of the call, is managed by your SIP provider.

For assistance on this issue please contact your SIP Support Team and let them know.

1.No , we do not have a native linux version
2. We do not have plans for it yet.

We just support chatrooms on Java and symbian mobile devices.

Awesome looks!

Cannot disable webcam, webcam starts in SIP (Nymgo) call also, although disabled in settings. Using Nimbuzz 2.1.0 rev 6406 on Win7 64bit.

Sad to hear, this awesome application will not be available natively in Linux. Currently Nimbuzz runs like trash in Linux under WINE environment. It is a headache in Wine….

HI, new nimubuzz looks cool but i have a problem, my nimbuzz id is hacked or blocked. I have mailed to support but no reply yet. it is second time my id is hacked and my first request still waiting reply. If you cant provide help then please close the support. I cant recover my password as it say wrong id. My id contains stylish word that forget password box don’t accept. I hope i will get a mail soon from your support.:)

I’m using proxy server to get internet ,but i can’t connect nimbuzz application to signin using this type of connection ,is it possible to fix this issue ,,if not why not to add connection tap in the programm to add the proxy server

Overall the new version is awesome but only one thing irritates me a lot and that is too many ads.. :S earlier we had ad only on main window now ads everywhere even in chat and gorupchat. Please try to remove ads not increase them.

I met so many problems:

1- can’t sign in with yahoo account (says wrong id/password) but it was working earlier

2- my msn account suddenly signs out and says (validating….)

3- even my Nimbuzz account can’t sign in now and it says (connection error)

Hi admin, now a days whats happens to nimbuzz chat rooms… New chat rooms cant be created nor original authentic chat rooms are searchable by their countries name in systematically searchable before… Now a days chat rooms are searchable in a atlternate mode we cant find authentic chat rooms nor we cant create new chat rooms and they also not searchable too… Hope you will look into the matter… Thank you

I wanted to use the desktop version, I like Nimbuzz really a lot. Love at first sight, I might say, BUT:

I must pass because of the advertisement in chat window. I can’t stand any kind of ads when I am talking with my loved ones. I am so sorry.

Hi queralt, i was waiting for you… But you didnt replied my question…Ur answer… Why we are not able to create new chat rooms and why our chat rooms are not searchable even they are full with users? Only few chat rooms are seemed permanently top in searchable list whether they are full with users or having zero on the room search that few chat rooms are always in top… Why is it happening? Hope u look after the matter and reply me…

hey nimbuzz I really like

1.What appealed to me is that you can not icq contacts, adden on pc

2.If an icq contact addet me, and I restart nimbuzz later, the contact icq away ..

3.I have icq contacts, always handy with only adden

4.Can not delete msn or icq contacts, which goes well with the handy

please update this problem
nimbuzz is otherwise very good

To update your ICQ contact list we recommend you to re-add your ICQ credentials, under the community section, wait for a few seconds and the contact list will load again.
We currently only support the option to delete Nimbuzz contacts. If your contact is a Nimbuzz buddy please click on the buddy name and choose delete.
If this is a buddy from another IM community you will need to delete the buddy on the community itself first, and after it the contact will be removed from your Nimbuzz contact list.
